Today I had myself self-excluded from the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. I have been spending too much time there and I have lost too much money. As much as fun as I have had, I think going there the first time ranks with the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I will miss playing and the company of the players and dealers, but I cannot afford to go if i lose money. The best thing for me to do is to not gamble and start to build up money in the bank. I will try to not obsess over the money I’ve lost and the things I could have done, and focus only on what I will do in the future.

The self-exclusion applies to every casino in Pennsylvania and Harrah’s casinos everywhere.
